We are looking for a skilled Account Manager who ensures that the needs and expectations of our clients and professionals are not only satisfied but exceeded.  You will be based within our Banbury office.

Job description

As our Account Manager you will be responsible for the operations, sales and services provided to your allocated accounts, as well as being the first point of contact for our clients and professionals, both seeking and selecting these individuals.  We will expect you to have the necessary communication skills to be carry this out both face-to-face and via other means of media.  You will be supported by our administrative team and Personnel Coordinators to deliver and manage KPI’s that have been agreed with your Business Manager to ensure profitable sales volumes and to ensure that our strategic objectives are achieved.

Job requirements

As our ideal candidate will be commercially and client focused, with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment or offshore / construction industries.  You will have  good attention to detail whilst being able to review and amend complex contractual and operational documents.  To stand out from the other candidates, you will pride yourself on providing excellent customer service, and be fully competent at negotiating and communicating with a high level of professionalism and have studied Engineering either at University or as part of your employment background.  You should be educated to degree level, or have the ability to perform at this level by experience.
