Job description

  • Implementation of archive structure designed by Records Management and Site Management
  • Design and Introduce procedures for archiving
  • Maintain archive system (data organisation)
  • Structure documents (Maps, specifications, official documents & acts and similar) coming from external sources for general use by the site management
  • Proofreading
  • Quality insurance of documents according to DONG Wind Power standards
  • Quality insurance of documents according to Wind Farm project standards
  • Version control of documents
  • Follow up on incoming/missing documentation from site management – according to document delivery plans
  • Provide list over incoming documentation
  • Create gap analysis for monitoring documents
  • Provide assistance for managers on archiving procedures
  • Introduction of new personnel to the archive function of the site
  • Requirements to document design, version control
  • Use of PONDUS and similar
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors, suppliers etc., so they understand their and Dong Energy requirements when producing documents

Job requirements

  • Basic Education: Technical Draftsman or Technical Librarian
  • Special Technical Courses: IT programmes on a user level
  • Special Safety Courses: Site induction programme, (first aid course)
  • Previous experience as a  Documentation Controller or similar working environment.
  • Documented use of technical archive systems and maintenance of these
