Job description

Some of the task to be carried out are listed below:

  • Support on the General Organization and Strategy of:
    • 500h Maintenance
    • 500h Reliability Test
    • Acceleration Plan
  • Establish the required communications with ADWEN to ensure that the works are carried out as required – e.g. Raise CNs and establish telecoms to discuss Operational isues or affecting the TSA Contract
  • Control of program /times
  • Control of budget
  • Provide support to the Contract Manager on Claims as needed
  • Provide  support to the Contract Manager for Variations and Engineering Instructions
  • Implement the lessons learned after 1st 500h Maintenance
  • Liaise with ADWEN to establish the report format for 500h Maintenance progress
  • Review the status provided from ADWEN for the 500h Maintenance progress
  • Close Monitoring of the Acceleration Plan progress , resources and issues
  • Report on regular basis of Acceleration Plan progress, resources and issues
  • Coordinate the good transfer of Snags to the Quality Department
  • Inform to the HSE responsible regarding any issues encountered
  • Review of DPRs including 500h maintenance activities
  • Ensure that all permits are in place to conduct the Works
  • Manage all the documentation as required by the Project
  • Review of the progress of the 500h Reliability Test

Job requirements

Other General activities to be conducted:

  • Review the TSA Employer’s Requirements to ensure that all Employer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Liaise with ADWEN’s to ensure that all the issues are properly managed..
  • Answer to all internal/external queries
  • Attend to the Progress Meeting
  • Attend to the Weekly meetings
  • Participate on Walk downs (if necessary)
  • Provide status reports to WTG Commissioning Manager
  • Elaborate technical reports as needed
