Job description
Marine Operation Ports & Logistic Coordinator - Report to the Submarine Installation Department – Marine Operation Management. Based in Saint Nazaire, France, and act as a main point of contact with local Port & Agencies.
In particular, the main activities that will be covered can be summarized as following:
- Act as a shore-based point of contact for Vessels OIM and Vessel Projects Coordinator.
- Coordinate interface and communication with port agency and land stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage logistic support for marine activities of main Vessels and tugs.
- Coordinate and support for crew transfers and movement of personnel.
- Cost controlling and reporting on a daily basis for agency, port fees, CTV, spare parts, etc.
- Coordinate and support permit to works process including working Visa and necessary certificates to work in the country of the Project
Job requirements
Qualification: Experience with Port & Agency and marine operations. Knowledge of local work and maritime regulations. Preference for Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Scientific subjects.French or a French speaker authorized to work in France, with knowledge of French work and maritime regulations.
