Atlas Professionals are looking for an outgoing Recruitment Account Manager to join our dedicated US renewables team from our Boston, MA office.
The Recruitment Account Manager role is perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators, team players, who are looking to manage their own work load and are driven to provide excellent service and promote the Atlas brand to our clients.

Job description

This position is focused on partnering with our existing clients and building meaningful relationships in order to deliver high quality candidates and service.This is a client facing delivery role.

We work in an International business environment so the need to co-ordinate and balance client requirements with compliance and tax related advice you receive from our internal support teams is paramount.

Job requirements

As a Recruitment Account Manager you will be the first point of contact for your clients and professionals working on international projects. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets

  • Previous experience working in recruitment environment as an Account Manager or Senior Recruiter
  • Experience with union labor preferred
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in managing daily operations for your client base
  • Maintaining and maximizing delivery of services to your allocated clients
  • Managing and overseeing internal processes
  • Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensuring compliance with insurance, tax and legal legislation. in line with the company code of conduct
  • An ability to plan and prioritize your own workload
  • Agency recruitment experience and have worked in a high volume recruitment role is preferred
  • Experience working in the construction, engineering or maritime industries is preferred but not essential as full industry training is provided by our expert teams
