We are looking for a passionate skilled Account Manager who ensures that the needs and expectations of our clients and professionals are not only satisfied but exceeded. You will be based within our Bristol office working within our market leading Seismic team which runs alongside our Renewables team.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations, sales account development and services provided to your allocated clients, as well as being the first point of contact for your clients and the professionals working on assignment requires excellent face to face, verbal and written communication skills and an ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, both seeking and selecting these individuals. We will expect you to have the necessary communication skills to be carry this out both face-to-face and via other means of media.
Working in the offshore market is highly regulated yet fast paced and the safety of the professionals who work for us is our number one priority therefore the ability to understand complex requirements, manage a large volume of work using a process driven approach to your business will be key. This position works in our International business so the need to co-ordinate and balance client requirements with compliance and tax related advice you receive from our internal support teams is paramount.The Seismic industry is a niche market and therefore we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with this specific knowledge but this is not essential.

Your personal objectives and combined team targets are the key measurable's for our company bonus scheme where you could earn up to two times your monthly salary each year (paid annually). to deliver and manage KPI’s that have been agreed with your Business Manager to ensure profitable sales volumes and to ensure that our strategic objectives are achieved.
