Atlas Professionals are looking for a driven organised Administrator to join our friendly Houston team. We have a strong team dynamic and work closely together. Job description

Our Administrators develop a partnership with our professionals and internal stakeholders to provide logistical solutions and various administration tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and has a logical thorough approach to their workload. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and is able to solve problems and be proactive to provide practical solutions when faced with changing circumstances.

Job requirements

As an Administrator you will be the first point of contact for your professionals in terms of their logistics. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets

  • Creating and maintaining candidate records
  • Managing and verifying candidate certification
  • Proof read and format CV's of candidates to send to clients.
  • Entering of incoming and outgoing correspondence within the CRM database
  • Organising mobilisation details to include travel, visa and accommodation and ensure timely communication and confirmation with candidates & Clients
  • Organising training for candidates where required
  • Interacting with professionals over email or the phone.
