Job description

Our Administrators develop a partnership with our professionals and internal stakeholders to provide logistical solutions and various administration tasks. With strong focus on logistics management you will be the first point of contact for organising and managing the travel for the candidates that work for us on a daily basis.

You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and has a logical thorough approach to their workload. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and is able to solve problems and be proactive to provide practical solutions when faced with changing circumstances.

    Job requirements

    As a Administrator you as well as being the first point of contact for your professionals in terms of their logistics, you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets

    • Creating and maintaining candidate records in our CRM (Salesforce)
    • Managing and verifying candidate certification
    • Proof read and format CV's of candidates to send to clients.
    • Entering of incoming and outgoing correspondence within the CRM database
    • Organising mobilisation details to include travel, visa and accommodation and ensure timely communication and confirmation with Candidate & Clients
    • Organising training, after instruction from Team Leaders / Business Manager, Account Managers or Personnel Coordinators
    • Interacting with candidates over email or the phone
    • Completion of requested forms from the Account Managers or Personnel Coordinators
