Job description

If coordination is your forte this is the role for you. You will be organising the database of opportunities and also sourcing and managing tenders, bid, proposals and quotes from across the organisation from inception to submission. You will be responsible to continuously update and improve the content delivered in submissions while being supported by various technical managers.

Job requirements

As a bid coordinator you will be the first point of contact for bid opportunities. In addition to this you will be required to have the following skill sets

  • The ability to create exciting content to satisfy the needs of each bid on global level
  • Track record of managing a bid or tender and maintaining database 
  • Able to manage the online bid process internationally within the energy, marine and renewable markets
  • Ability to analyse technical documentation and understand the deliverables. 
  • Self motivated to seek out opportunities relevant to the Atlas business lines
  • Experience in creating and editing material for bid/tender submission
  • To organise, delegate and assist with pre-qualification questionnaires 
  • An ability to deliver accurate, comprehensive bid/tenders within tight timeframes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability build lasting relationships with clients to determine a deeper understanding of bid requirements.
  • The ability to create presentations in support of new business proposals across the Group
  • Experience in providing progress reports on the lifecycle of the tender and create follow up actions
  • Experience with Achilles is preferred or other chain information systems is preferred
