The Stavanger team have been working almost 20 years and have a long history of providing a high quality service to our long standing client base. Job description

As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the management and performance of your team, for ensuring strong relationships are maintained with existing clients, identifying and developing new client relationships and the achievement of the budget for your team. You will work collaboratively with support from key departments of the organisation situated globally.

We are looking for someone that thrives on working closely with offshore professionals and can ensure the team are successful in building a pool of trusted qualified individuals that match our client’s requirements.

Job requirements

As a Business Manager you will not only be responsible for your direct team in Stavanger and will have the following experience and skill sets

• Have experience in the Marine, Renewables or Energy Market.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Previous experience as a Manager of a successful recruitment team. 
• A proven track record of managing and developing relationships with clients
• Have experience in developing team strategies, setting team budgets and ensuring that the budget is achieved.
• Creating and developing an atmosphere of knowledge, professionalism and success within the office.
• Expanding, developing and maintaining close relation with global teams to ensure effective and efficient cooperation. 
• Formatting the Gross Margin policy for the Business Line in accordance with company gross margin policy. 
• Creating actions and strategy around business financial results
• Developing strategy plans around market analysis. 
• Identifying and introducing potential new business. 
• Managing Clients expectations and KPI’s in order to achieve a trusted relationship
