Job description
About the role:
- Casual role i.e. ‘As and when needed’
- Supervision of catering, cooking and baking
- Stock rotation and replenishment, menu planning
- Preparation of food items
- Hitches range from 1 – 3 weeks
Job requirements
About you:
- Hold a current BOSIET and OGUK medical
- Substantial experience as Cook with City & Guilds or similar and demonstrated knowledge of nutrition and menu planning
- Food safe/HACCP, STCW ’95 (Marine), senior First Aid
- Proven supervisory experience including adherence to HSE policies and procedures
- Able to easily build rapport and mutual respect with colleagues and clients
- Ability to provide a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
