We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer

Job description

  • Perform project planning
  • Prepare, monitor, track and maintain project scheduled progress
  • Coordination of material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, ongoing interaction with field supervision, management of cost and design issues
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal departments and subcontractors
  • Liaise with various departments on progress updates to keep progress on
  • Pre-field visits to work locations to coordinate construction
  • Support the field by providing the information and materials needed to construct a quality project
  • Identify potential problems/delays and elevate these to the appropriate level(s) of management 
  • Able to travel and relocate domestically to project sites as needed

Job requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine/Ocean Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years planning & scheduling experience in construction industry
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel and AutoCad
  • Capable of monitoring site progress and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Proactively seek out for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in projects
  • Self-motivated, flexible, meticulous, initiatives and ability to work independently in the team
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Traditional Chinese
