We are looking for a Personnel Coordinator who is able to build and maintain excellent relationships between us and our Professionals with the ability to work at a fast pace! You will be based within our Bristol office.
As our Personnel Coordinator you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting and evaluating our Professionals using various media and being able to promote their skills and experience to our clients via written communications. You will need to ensure that our Professionals are compliant with their various specialisms as well as checking their eligibility for employment with our Clients and, of course, there is the occasional administration duties that will include contract and travel arranging, database updates and CV writing.
As our ideal candidate will be motivated and pro-active with experience in a Sales or Recruitment position with a great understanding of the recruitment cycle. You will have excellent communication skills with a great eye for detail and the ability to use MS Office and other computer systems. You should be educated to degree level, or have the ability to perform at this level by experience. To stand out from the other candidates you will have all of the above and worked within our industry but this is not essential.
