Job description

Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for Sales Engineer positions to join our client's Houston office. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for account management, growth and development of rentals opportunities in the Americas regions.

The ideal applicant will have a strong sales background in subsea related technology or be qualified in electronics discipline and hold experience offshore in geophysical, subsea construction or ROV sectors and now has a desire to progress into sales. The applicant will need to demonstrate a confident “can do” attitude in a fast-paced environment and must be a team player. The applicant will need to be an excellent communicator and offer exceptional attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving and interpreting customer enquiries (rentals, sales & associated services)
  • Generation of quotations and technical proposals
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance
  • Processing orders through to client delivery
  • Establishing new and maintaining existing client relationships in Americas regions
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and attending trade shows, conferences and other events where required
  • Liaise with overseas bases and support group requirements
  • Sales database updated with live information

  • Houston, TX based professional with unlimited working rights in the United States
  • Valid TX driver's license
  • Previous sales or offshore background
