Job description

Shorebased recruiting for Houston corporate office. This role will support all shorebased recruiting department needs: Accounting, Finance, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Tax, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, HR. Specialized Engineering and IT recruitment is a plus.
 

Job requirements

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Sources and identifies highly qualified candidates to staff open position requirements located in onshore domestic or global office-based locations. Applies all Company policies and practices and ensures new hires are handled in accordance with Company Shared Values and Equal Employment practices.
• Screens candidates for qualifications, interest level, compensation, relocation needs and availability.
• Interviews candidates using competency based behavioral interview techniques to ensure candidate matches all specifications of the position including organizational fit and job fit.
• Attends Career and Job Fairs as needed to produce qualified candidates.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring manager to stay abreast of current and future department trends and business initiatives that could impact hiring needs.
• Coordinates recruitment advertisement, internal communications and nationalization recruitment campaigns globally.

• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment background check.
