Job description
The Shift Foreman reports to the Assistant Superintendent and is co-responsible for implementing clients projects offshore. You will be responsible for carrying out offshore projects in accordance with guidelines and in consultation with the Assistant Superintendent. Your responsibilities also include instructing and guiding crane operators, rigger foremen and subcontractors.
You will work with a professional and an experienced international deck crew.
Job requirements
- Technical and maritime knowledge at senior vocational (MBO) or bachelor level;
- Minimum of 5 years' of experience in a leading position on deck;
- Experience with rigging, lifting, scaffolding and offshore construction work;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Proven leadership skills and a practical, result orientated, problem solving mindset.
- Learning mindset, which means being open to feedback, curious, and eager to learn;
- Personal leadership which means you are an entrepreneur at heart, have the mindset of a founder and take control of your own work and development.
