Atlas Professionals are looking for a passionate Delivery Team Lead to help build and lead our dedicated US renewables team from our Boston, MA office.

The lead role is perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators, driven, detailed, outgoing, passionate and motivational leaders with a desire to lead a successful recruitment delivery team.

Job description

The team leader optimises the services provided to the client and candidates by continuously improving team performance and managing the workflow. The Team Leader ensures team members are trained, supported and motivated to achieve success in the delivery of recruitment.

Delivery is key in this role. We are looking to achieve a high success rate for all candidates submitted for roles and with a global workforce and global projects it is vital that you are able to understand the nuances between client requests and to funnel them to the correct employment routing.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and has a logical thorough approach to the teams’ workload. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and is able to solve problems and be proactive to provide practical solutions when faced with changing and sometimes challenging circumstances.

Job requirements

As a Team Lead you will be the first point of contact for the team working with them to ensure the delivery of candidates to clients is to the high service level expected. You will be responsible for the delivery of the team and workflow from the moment an enquiry is received from a client until payment. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets

  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes particularly in an agency environment is essential
  • Previous experience leading of a successful team is essential
  • Have experience ensuring your team are working to their best abilities and motivate them to achieve success
  • Provide regular evaluation and advice to the Business Manager regarding observations, updates, client feedback and margins
  • Experience identifying continual improvement and having a solutions focussed approach.
  • Experience in volume contract management is preferred
  • Familiarisation with working and engaging with unions and collective bargaining agreements
